Your feedback is incorporated into a super cool system (ok, it’s a really fancy mathematical grading system that uses 10 different algorithms to calculate who’s the best cab company in the city) that allows Fetch to call the “A+” cabs more frequently, giving more business to higher quality taxi companies based on the most recent rider-generated feedback.

Did you know that Cincinnati has a Taxi Cab Bill of Rights?
Through an exciting community effort, Fetch was able to partner with Cincinnati City Council to display the Cincinnati Taxi Cab Bill of Rights in every taxicab.
City of Cincinnati Taxi Cab Guidelines – Taxi Cab Bill of Rights. As a taxi cab passenger, you have the right to:
- Approach and receive service from any public vehicle you choose. Service must be provided to any customer.
- Direct the route taken: the most direct route or one of your choice.
- A safe, courteous driver who obeys all traffic laws and is knowledgeable about city geography.
- A clean taxicab: interior, exterior and partition. Drivers shall be well groomed and maintain good hygiene.
- Clear air: drivers are prohibited from smoking in the taxicab when occupied by a passenger; the passenger cannot give the driver permission to smoke.
- Working seatbelts for all passengers. Drivers may only carry as many passengers as there are seatbelts.
- Functioning fare meters: Taxicab meters must be operational, tested and sealed at all times.
- A receipt upon request.
- Receive proper change for the fare charge. Drivers shall carry enough money; suitably denominated, to make change for $20.00.

Taxi Cab Fare Rules.
The fare for taxicabs for a distance traveled in service will be computed by a taximeter. The fare will be calculated as follows:
- For the first one-eighth mile . . . $ 3.60
- For each additional one-eighth mile . . . $ 0.20
- Waiting time, per hour . . . $24.00
The following rules and regulations are in accordance with Cincinnati Municipal Code 407-125 and 408-45.
